We are very pleased to welcome our long-standing colleague Stipe Jozic as a partner in our firm as of 1 July 2026.
Stipe Jozic advises on all aspects of commercial and corporate law as well as transactions and heads our notarial office in Zug. His practice focuses in particular on commercial law (including manufacturing, supply and project contracts), public procurement law, and financing matters. He has extensive experience in structuring and implementing both national and international projects and transactions in these areas.
In addition to his work as an attorney and notary, Stipe Jozic serves as an active member of the board of directors of commercial companies.
Stipe Jozic studied law at the University of Lucerne, completed an LL.M. in International Financial Law at the University of Sussex (UK), and has been admitted as an attorney and notary since 2017.
He is fluent in German, English, and Croatian.
