Nicolas de Gottrau berät und unterstützt Banken, Firmen- und Privatkunden vor allem in den Bereichen Bankenrecht, besicherte Transaktionen, Gesellschaftsrecht, Verträge, Insolvenz sowie internationales Privatrecht. Nicolas de Gottrau erwarb einen Master of Laws an der Duke University, ist ebenfalls als Anwalt in New York zugelassen, Autor einer Dissertation über Dokumentenakkreditive (Preis Prof. Walter Hug) und Verfasser zahlreicher Arbeiten auf dem Gebiet des Banken- und Insolvenzrechts.
