Valfor advises Axius Group shareholders on the sale to Smartec

In September 2024, the Comdat/Smartec Group acquired the printing services provider Axius. With this acquisition, the group becomes a Swiss leader in photocopiers, printing and document management solutions.

Valfor represented the Axius shareholders. The team was led by Christophe de Kalbermatten (partner).
