IDS Group forms Switzerland’s largest network for event and media technology together with the Winkler Group

Inno Digital Service AG (IDS) is expanding its group by integrating Winkler Livecom AG as well as its subsidiaries Winkler Systems AG and Mesol AG. Together with the existing brands Kilchenmann and auviso, the IDS Group is thereby creating Switzerland’s largest network for event and media technology.

The Winkler companies will remain legally independent entities within the IDS Group. Winkler Livecom AG will assume the leading role in the IDS Group’s Events business segment.

The team was led by Bruno Hunziker (Partner) and included Dr. Martina Reber (M&A and contracts), Regina Schlup-Guignard (tax), Patrizia Lorenzi (employment law), and Luca Zürcher (M&A). The due diligence was carried out in collaboration with Hugo Schmid of Bommer + Partner Treuhand, Marcel Brülhart and Nadia Aeby of axalta Treuhand AG, as well as IDS Management AG.
